Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with Tafadzwa Consulting clients, build, and foster long-term relationships with passive and active candidates and use a variety of recruitment techniques to attract talent. Act as a brand champion and influence clients to see Tafadzwa Consulting as a recruitment partner of choice. Build a database of clients and candidates for the short-medium- and long-term resource plan.  Work closely and take the lead in running general recruitment and executive search projects on behalf of Tafadzwa Consulting and on instruction from the Chief Operating Officer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full Talent Acquisition Management
  • Cold calling on new and existing business.
  • Ensure efficient use of the Tafadzwa Consulting database and social media platforms to search and identify suitable candidates.
  • Write compelling and relevant job adverts and post to all relevant print and social media platforms.
  • Identify Candidates from relevant sources, including gaining referrals from existing candidates and associates.
  • Promote all relevant opportunities to candidates and maintain relationships for future and potential roles.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Qualifications 

Preferred:   Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Experience

Minimum: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Research Specialist or Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist

Preferred:  Experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Business Development and Accounts Manager
