Our client is recruiting for an Officer: Talent Sourcing to be accountable for ensuring effective facilitation of recruitment processes and reporting within the Department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manpower Planning
- Draft adverts, engage OD on the accuracy and ensure placement on the relevant forum.
- Screening of applicants, complete reference checks.
- Finalise offers in accordance with employment and compensation policies.
- Compile appropriate engagement paperwork and submit to the payroll coordinator.
- Liaison between search firms and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable organizational regulations, HR policies, and procedures to prevent and/or minimize potential liability to the company.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Department.
- Submit a list of new employees attending induction to Learning and Development on a monthly basis.
- Report on outstanding supplier invoices.
Stakeholder Relation
- Assist with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the maintenance of relationships with vendors, service providers, or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.
Resourcing Administration
- Coordinate interviews as requested by the Senior Practitioner.
- Prepare interview packs for the panel.
- Arrange an internal or external interview venue.
- Deal promptly and effectively with staff enquiries related to resourcing.
- Ensure efficient record keeping of resourcing documents.
- Record and file all advert requisitions and adverts.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology related qualification.
- Relevant 3 years of experience in Human Resources Administration/Talent Sourcing related environment.
